The core IT and security operations — software, security, support, and the work — in one predictable number. Big one-time projects and hardware are quoted separately, and we always say so up front. No itemized vendor invoices, no per-incident fees, no surprises on the bill.

We pick up the phone

A real person, reachable 8 to 8 Eastern on weekdays, with your runbook, history, and open issues already in front of them, not a blank ticket queue. Most things get handled over email, but when you need to talk to someone, someone’s there.

Security that doesn’t sleep

Every device is watched around the clock, and suspicious activity is investigated and contained where possible, often before it becomes a real problem. The monitoring runs overnight even though our support line keeps normal hours.
